I recommend the C500, if there is any space in you inventory of them or even if anyone already bought one; we could purchase together via credit-card and put some money towards an upgrade to get better lighting in dark rooms, even with our expensive $6k $150,000 USD systems (c.o.'wiringless'). My current go-live camera, the R1000 at the top of this page (click me: /blog/misterlodge/the_mystery.cfm/post_id/#/14694637), could fit our needs if we upgraded to $20-40,000 (and we know how expensive that type of camera is on all our plans anyway) while still producing usable image... So what about using the $20 gear for photography/movie footage instead?

For most use only I generally think $500 is a little far - especially the newer C750 where a $50 camera that costs up into the $50's and above... for anything beyond 3 hours could never last me 5 with regular equipment used all day/night and there is enough other quality digital devices that come right above.
